This is a fantastic, reliable, everyday pizza dough, super-smooth texture. Look for it in Italian delis and good supermarkets.

Per author, Jamie Oliver: recipe is from my mate and mentor Gennaro Contaldo. It's a brilliant, basic tomato sauce for using on pizza and it's also great with pasta or to serve alongside meat or fish – quick, fresh, fragrant and sweet. (Note:  30g=1oz., I am guessing to make the recipe, add around three, 14oz. cans of tomatoes.  No guarantees here, may what to check it out for yourself ! )
