Jerome Robbins is undoubtedly one of the most accomplished and notorious choreographers in musical theatre and dance history. With a choreography career spanning 6 decades he has produced more than 60 ballets and 20 musicals
In 1938 he joined the gluck sandor dance company which gave hime a unique audition experience, as sandor didn't just give him traditional dance steps to do, but had him do activities like drawing number with his arms, in various different contexts.
