linguine c lemon, garlic, mushrooms and thyme - great lunch pasta idea :) (made a few changes  to the recipe - sauteed the mushrooms with onion and garlic, added white wine and let it reduce then added lemon juice (and the zest) + thyme + parsley let it simmer/warm through then added the cooked pasta + parmesan)
