Best roast duck recipe from who else but Ina Garten.  Easy to follow and produces crispy skin & juicy meat.  Yum!

So yesterday , you may recall, a friend and I cooked three ducks--enough to feed the 15 people who came to my friend's wine class.

Worth the time...nice flavor with lemon and garlic stuffed inside the duck, nice crisp skin and good flavor with balsamic vinegar. My husband loved this!

Roasted Duck Recipe ~ turn the oven up from 375 to 400 about 15 minutes before you take the duck out for basting. Then return the heat to 375 after you've basted and put the bird back in. You only have to baste twice. Easiest and best duck I've ever made.
