I really feel this way because its hard for me take on the day when I can barely function mentally( not depressed, but loosing my thoughts) can barely stand up straight, this makes me just want to go to sleep and hopefully escape some of the agony.
Take a shower, wash off the day. Drink a glass of water. Make the room dark. Lie down and close your eyes. Notice the silence. Notice your heart. Still beating. Still fighting. You made it, after all. And you can make it one more. You're doing just fine.
legend says, when you can't sleep at night, it's because you're awake in someone else's dream. now I only hope it is the one I love, who is doing the dreaming ;) << Would you please stop dreaming about me every single night?
