Steamed Green Beans and Carrots with Charmoula Sauce

Skillet Steamed Green Beans:  Serves 4 ~ 1 lb. green beans, stem-ends trimmed; 2 tablespoons butter; ½ cup water; ¼ salt (or to taste).  In a large skillet over medium-high heat, add all ingredients and cover.  Cook 5 minutes.  Uncover & continue cooking until desired softness is reached. (Just a couple of min.)
