I've suffered from painful chilblains every winter since I was a child. Despite record setting cold this winter I have had the least pain ever thanks to magnesium oil. I initially tried magnesium oil on my swollen toes after success with muscle aches. Wow! It worked! It healed them up and I haven't had any of the agonizing chillblains pain since. Apply one spray to each set of toes nightly before bed. (P.S. shop around- a bottle is $10 online but can be $25 in the health food store!)
Like many people, I am hard on my toes. I spend a great deal of time on my feet, and not always in the most comfortable of shoes. At the end of the day, the result is often painfully swollen toes, which take extra time and care to treat.
