The wedge-tailed eagle can be found all over Australia, but it is more commonly found in open woodland areas with a good grassy groundcover.

This wedge tailed eagle is a prime predator and one of the fastest birds ever. These eagles manly feed on dead meat like run over kangaroos or even a mouse running into its hole. These eagles have a wing span of 1 meter or longer.
