Cheers to the weekend! I got so excited when I saw kumquats at my local market the other day; I bought A LOT of them... Anyhow I besides snacking on, I love using them to make simple syrups! This time I paired the kumquats with lemon thyme and the combo is so good. You can use this to make delicious soda by serving on ice with seltzer or you can add a dash of orange liquor and gin for this gimlet. ???? This simple syrup is so good, do you have any suggestions for what I can use the remainder…
