Hummingbird Cake Recipe

I've got the crow, tripod, and headstand down. I need to work on my forearm stand and my penultimate goal is the scorpion!

I love this progress chart. I am basically where she is at in the first picture, I have zero flexibility in my back. I have been getting very frustrated with myself but this timeline proves that it is not going to happen overnight. It will probably take years to train my body to do all the things I want it to. But I am thankful every day that I am healthy and able to do the things I can. I will get there!

Today marks Day 1 of the 39 Day Yoga Progress Project, and a couple people  have asked for tips on taking yoga photos, so here I am!   For the Yoga Progress Project, we're looking at flexibility, and later on  down the line we're going to be taking two more progress photos. It'd be  great if we could get nearly the exact same photo each time, so here are my  tips:

Always take progress photos. It's sometimes difficult to see that your hard work is paying off. Progress photos show you that reaching your goal is possible and motivate you to keep going.
