FLUFFY FLUFFY PANCAKES: I have an obsession with pancakes (there are people out there who don't - what?) These pancakes are my ode to all things light and fluffy.
VIETNAMESE SATAY CHILLI BEEF WITH VERMICELLI: Vietnamese food is one of my favourite cuisines and this dish was created by my mum when I was younger. It takes elements of Vietnamese food with fresh ingredients and flavoursome stir fried beef and serves up a satisfying one bowl dish.
DUKKAH CRUSTED EGG AND POLENTA SQUARES: The dukkah crust on the outside of the egg adds a crunchy element to the runny egg yolk. It's a great way to add extra vegetables into your breakfast.
BLOOD ORANGE AND DRIED MULBERRY NO KNEAD BREAD: No knead bread is such a great way to introduce yourself to bread making. This one makes a nice fruity loaf that works well for breakfast.
FRENCH TOAST ROLL UPS: These are quite straight forward and a great Sunday brunch dish to whip up at home. By the time they're rolled in sugar and cinnamon, it's like eating a doughnut.
CREAMED CORN, FRIED EGG AND ROAST TOMATOES: This is creamed corn in a slightly healthier way - the idea behind it is to make a really corn-y tasting corn dish and cooking the kernels in a "corn stock" really emphasises the flavour.
CODDLED EGG WITH BUTTER SOY SAUCE LEEK AND MASHED PUMPKIN: There's something magical that happens when you melt butter down and mix it with soy sauce - it's like a umami hit and it can be drizzled over rice or noodles.
BAKED BREAKFAST CHEESECAKE WITH MACERATED STRAWBERRIES AND PASSIONFRUIT: When you really feel a need for dessert for breakfast.
BAKED BREAD BOWL WITH BACON AND EGG: Simple but eye catching breakfast that is a good combo of carbs and protein.
