[ R i S O T T O ] old school TM mushroom risotto from p85 of the original TM cook book … watch ‘til the end for still of full recipe. I replaced vegetable stock with our @firetonic bone broth concentrate, and added a tsp of PHM salt during the cook, and garnished with Parmesan, fresh parsley and toasted pine nuts. Our son Louie had a real hankering for this, he was well impressed … a little splash of the wine used in the recipe to help wash it all down 👌🏼. So easy, so delicious!!!

Enjoy!!!

Scrappy GF Dumplings
[ R i C E ‘ P A P E R ] dumplings. These scrappy little numbers are a great way to use the previous nights roast pork. It’s all pretty easy peasy though a little fiddly … just finely chop veggies like wombok, spring onion, carrot & zucchini along with any fresh herbs you might have around like coriander or Vietnamese mint. Add a splash of Orginal @firetonic which is perfect with these 👌🏼 … stir in as a shallow pan-fry for a minute or two in sesame oil. Once cool, wrap ‘em all up with a damp

Mix 1 egg with 1 dessert spoon of bone broth concentrate, a splash of milk kefir, salt ‘n pepper. 2. Soak first slice of oat bread 3. Shallow fry in pan with olive oil and butter 4. Add mustard, cheese & ham 5. Lid with another slice of pan fried eggy-bread. 6. Enjoy and remember to chew.
