Did this leg day session in my garage after my 30 minute sprint session and it did NOT disappoint 💪🏽

5 Rounds (using 35lb dumbbells)
15 Front Rack Thrusters 
20 Dumbbell Swings 
15 Split lunges (each leg)
12 Dumbbell to squat stances 
Rest for 60-90 seconds between each round then repeat
