I Quit Sugar 8-Week Program

Quitting sugar has been the best thing I have ever done for my health. And doing the IQS 8-week program now is really getting me into an amazing rhythm with shopping for ethical groceries, cooking and eating nutritious meals - without snacking in between!

Lentil, Quinoa and Peach Salad. Loved this one - my serve was without the peach though since I'm delaying sweetness a bit longer. At this stage I'm doing better having gone back to no rice malt syrup, berries etc again. I think I'll need to introduce them really slowly next time.
