Native pepper is a strong spice. These plants were young when I took this pic but they are out in their own bed now and growing well. I have one male and two female bushes so I will be able to sell leaves and berries when they are bigger.
These are munties. The berries grow on a groundcover bush around this part of Australia and are sooo delicious. They taste like dried apples. I love going out to pick them in February. I have a few plants on the farm but I will plant more this coming spring.
I have been trying to grow water ribbons in tubs. It is a native water plant that produces small, edible tubers. I think I will give up growing it as the root form a hard mat in tubs that is impossible to extract the tubers out of.
