My Australia Day Starter for Italian friends, consisted of Mini lamb and mint pies served with tomato sauce, Grilled Polenta cut into shapes of Australia served with bocconcini topped with Proscuitto stuffed with pesto sauce. Mini homemade bread rolls served with cocktail beef sausages and Australian mustard. Australia with a touch of Italy.
