Rotary in Action is broadcast every Tuesday from 4 - 5pm. It has been broadcast every week of the year since July 4, 1995. Presenters are Rotarians from different Rotary Districts.

Recycled Sound Convenor Jan Sigley from Rotary Toorak was a guest on the  96.5Inner FM 'Rotary In Action' program. #RecycledSound  'The Rotary Club of Toorak has partnered with audiologists Blamey Saunders hears and Better Hearing Australia to undertake specialist cleaning and reprogramming to enable the hearing aids to be recycled.

Noel spoke on previous projects as well as promoting Rotary Hawthorn's next Thursday night meeting (19th October) and the 'Chances' Golf Day at Box Hill Golf Club on Monday 23rd October.

Sally Cane from the Walter and Eliza Hall Institute for Medical Research spoke of the many research projects being carried out, plus the many events the Institute has each year. Rotary clubs visit the Institute for guided tours plus speakers are available to speak at Rotary clubs.

The Walter and Eliza Hall Institute is Australia's oldest medical research institute. We are working to understand, prevent and treat diseases including cancer, infectious diseases and immune disorders.

He is a member of Rotary North Balwyn, a Past District Governor of District 9800, has been a literacy volunteer in Thailand, as a RAWCS volunteer in Vanuatu, led a GSE Team to California, an  MC at the Internl. Conventions in Taipei & Melbourne,  Song Leader/MC: International Assembly in Anaheim. He is a professional actor (TV, stage, music theatre) & in recent years, has worked as a funeral and marriage celebrant.
