*SC359 Through the Window by hobbydujour - Cards and Paper Crafts at Splitcoaststampers
Roxie gave us another great sketch. I did score the one panel instead of using a paper layer. I also "scattered" the snowflakes slightly, rather than having them in a straight line. The snow on the scene was done with white acrylic paint and a toothbrush. TFL Added note: I've been asked about "MB" several times. MB = Memory Box They have a line of beautiful dies.
QFTD193 Gail's Reign by jandjccc - Cards and Paper Crafts at Splitcoaststampers
Congrats to you Gail. You have a wonderful gallery. I found this gorgeous card that I loved. http://www.splitcoaststampers.com/gallery/photo/2302530?&cat=500&ppuser=174523 No way could I make it, but I wanted to make a card for your reign as our new queen so I made this. At least it does have a Christmas tree. Thanks for sharing your lovely gallery with us.
Country Christmas by stiz2003 - Cards and Paper Crafts at Splitcoaststampers
Had a fun day with Karen (redbugdriver) last week who was gracious enough to bring her wonderful window die! I used KSS trees to stamp the tree and adhered the window with Art Institute Glitter glue. The window was cut from wood veneer. Used the brick stencil for the background in antique linen distress inks. Cut a thin piece of wood veneer and strung a piece of lace for the curtain. Two hot fix pieces were used on the end of the curtain rod. Thanks Karen for sharing your toys!
CAS500 by Redbugdriver - Cards and Paper Crafts at Splitcoaststampers
Today's CAS is the 500th milestone! Congratulations CAS!! KelliJo asked that we use gold or silver, I chose gold. This was easy-peasy. I dry embossed white vellum using SU gently falling ef. Die cut three trees (unknown) I've had for ages - now I write the Co. on the back! Die cut Merry Christmas in gold foil. I used a Zig 2-way glue pen on everything. What could be easier??? Thanks for stopping by.
On a Snowflake Roll
I LOVE snowflakes!! Although I have LOTS of snowflake dies, I find it hard to pass up a pretty snowflake die each and every Christmas/Winter season! I purchased the Hello Bluebird Frosty Flakes dies...I thought they were so pretty, and made a card for Christmas/Winter... To be clear, the first four flakes on this card are the Hello Bluebird flakes. The remaining dies in the set were just a bit too small to fit what I was going for, so I used a flake die from Impression Obsession from years…

Peeking through the window at Christmas using Stampin' Up! Hearth and Home Thinlits
I LOVED these new Hearth and Home Thinlits as soon as I saw them. I can see they will be so versatile. Today I have used them for a Christmas card with Wonderland stamp set from the Stampin' Up! 2015 Holiday catalogue. To create the scene behind the window, I stamped the trees in Mossy Meadow three times without re-inking the stamp. I then sponged in the sky using Mint Macaron ink. Then I covered the whole panel with Versamark and Heat and Stick Powder, and poured on Dazzling Diamonds…

**IC724 Green & Gold by hobbydujour - Cards and Paper Crafts at Splitcoaststampers
IC724 = Oprah Magazine with emphasis on Christmas I embossed the tree die cut with gold. The bg tree has a panel of Yupo colored with alcohol inks. I was inspired by this photo.
Lots of Quick Christmas Cards
Hi everyone. I took a couple of days and die-cut several new or fairly new die-cuts from white card stock. Then I rifled through my stash of backgrounds ... all different colours, mediums, etc. to match up with the images. I put them together, added a simple stamped sentiment ... and ended up with lots of cards for my stash and for the stash that I donate each year. The card above is a die-cut from AliExpress with the circle with holly and snowflake flourish. It's backed with a piece of…
