Base: 1 packet Marie biscuits crushed 170g of melted butter Filling: 1x400g tin sweetened condense milk Juice of 2 lemons 3 teaspoons of gelatine 1/4 cup of boiling water Topping: 1 packet of red jelly crystals Water Method: - base mid crushed biscuits with melted butter. Press into tin. place in to fridge until cold -filling in bowl put in condense milk, juice and gelatine spread over base and put in fridge until set. - topping make up jelly on packet chill
Caramello Slice: Caramello choc 1 packet of plain biscuits – crushed ¼ cup butter ½ tin condensed milk Break choc up and melt with butter in microwave. Stir in condensed milk and crushed biscuits. Press into tray and refrigerate until set.
