Here's my home made Organic Yoghurt, dressed with Some Orange Infused Extra Virgin Olive Oil that I made. Well I must admit I didn't make the oil, but I did infuse it with orange for 6 months. And the figs are in season in Melbourne now... so urban foraging is easy.
We had a lovely Easter brunch this morning. Corn fritters made with fresh corn, herbs from the garden. Also for desert we had some home made Organic Yoghurt, with home made Orange infused Extra Virgin Olive Oil, and urban foraged figs.
