Braised Korean Short Ribs I didn't have any fresh ginger on hand, so I used ground instead; also used ground red pepper instead of flakes and reduced to tsp since my girls don't like really spicy foods. It still had a slight kick and were super tasty!

I tried this in a pressure cooker. Worked very well. Used 350ml red wine only for about 750g of cheek and an organic veggie stock cube. Also added leeks and button mushrooms with other veggies.

I would want a larger TV but thats basically what I want my living room to be like. One big sofa bed thing to make everyone comfy and laid back! to go cheaper you could use mattress and make or use bed pillows covered with same fabric as mattress.
