For Boy Scout Merit Badge books...organize them using three ring pencil holders (Dollar Store), and a small binder, which also happened to come with some pockets and paper as well! (Five Below).  Keeps the books protected, and also handy...put supplies needed in each pocket, and take individual bags/books to class, or take the whole binder.  Love it!
