In honor of Feb. 5th, World Nutella Day.  You could easily halve this recipe (what for, I'm not sure), using the smaller amount of oil.  Toast the nuts for 12-15 minutes  at 350 degs. is a must.  I would also add 1/2 tsp. of vanilla.  Try not to eat it all standing at the counter.

homemade nutella: Ingredients: 2 cups chopped toasted hazelnuts (filberts) cup to 1 cup powdered sugar cup unsweetened dark cocoa powder to cup canola oil MAYBE COCONUT OIL?

Kiwi Sorbet: 6 kiwis, 160 g fine sugar, 12.5 ounces of water, The juice of half a lemon. Peel and chop all kiwis, pour into the bowl of a blender to puree. Add the juice of half a lemon, stir and set aside. In a saucepan, bring to boil sugar and water until sugar is melted and let cool completely. Add the syrup to mashed kiwi and blend again.
