SWEET CHILLI CHICKEN WRAP Serves 1. • 1 wholemeal wrap • 1 chicken thigh • 1-2 tbsp. sweet chilli sauce • 2 tsp. soy sauce. Chop chicken thigh into 'chunks', throw into a heated, non-stick pan with sweet chilli sauce and soy sauce. Toss to cook, 5 to 10 minutes. Heat the tortilla under a grill for 3 minutes. Once warm, place the cooked chicken on the tortilla and add whatever salad you would like in the wrap.
