I have no idea what day of the mile it is but I have just run my first 5km!

Back running again! Was always doing my mile but the thought of running it was always too much so today I knew I needed to bite the bullet. 14/03 OMG! I haven't been uploading my photos and I haven't been doing something everyday BUT I have been doing as much as I can and to prove it today I totally smashed what I normally do on the crosstrainer!! My normal 36 mins was just over 12 ks!! Today just now (I am still dripping in sweat lol) I just did 13ks in 36.19 Mins!! Whoohoo!!! Just Now, Something To Do, My Photos, Lol, Fun
