Recipe: YIAH Christmas Potato Bake 4-5 Medium sized Potatoes, sliced thin 1 large Cream 2 tbls Wasabi & Chive Dip Mix 2 Tbls Wasabi dukkah ½ cup Grated parmesan cheese Arrange the sliced potatoes in a baking tray, mix the wasabi dip mix with cream and pour over potatoes. Sprinkle with Dukkah and grated cheese. Bake in moderate oven till cooked and golden on top. Serve with your favourite protein & salads…YUM!!!
