Watson House ... Our Renovation Story

Follow the renovation of our 1840s town house in Launceston. I truly believe we are privileged to live in a Tasmanian Heritage home and I regard our family as the custodians of the property. Our goal is to leave the home in much better condition for the next generation and try hard to preserve its historical integrity. It is not always an easy task, balancing the needs of family life and modern living with the need for the protection of a home with historical significance.
