Made for a friend, her husband is a truck driver and her 2 son's love trucks so i made this cake for their joint party. i used a excellent basic mud cake recipe http://www.taste.com.au/recipes/19420/mud+cake , I sandwiched the 4 layers with home made caramel and used the caramel as my first layer instead of a crumb layer. then put chocolate butter cream all over i made the ramp with chic mousse and cake crumbs and used left over crumbs and caramel in the trucks.
