1 cup Baking Soda ½ cup Sea Salt or Epsom Salt Up to 2 teaspoons of water Essential oils: I used 20 drops each of Eucalyptus, Peppermint, Lavender, Rosemary and Lemon 1 teaspoon powdered menthol crystals
