Delicious meal although I did make a few changes. Instead of the full water amount I used a tin of coconut milk & the rest water. For the sauce I used a TBSP each of honey, apple cider vinegar & soy sauce, and 1 tsp of veggie stock, and omitted the sherry
Roast pumpkin, spinach and feta rolls. These are jam packed full of veges and very tasty. pumpkin, peeled and deseeded, diced into pieces (peeled weight) tbs macadamia oil salt and pepper, to season baby spinach 1 onio.
