Ferrero Rocher Bliss Balls
This is one of my absolute favourite recipes. It is gluten-free and paleo and totally yum. It’s my go-to snack, makes a great lunch with a green salad, and an awesome dinner with some homemade tomato sauce and greens. Versatility at its best!

Whether you are entertaining a crowds or just keeping the kids quiet after school, these three super easy, super quick homemade dips are the perfect trio. Homemade is best; with no added preservatives, sugars or nasties you’ll know exactly what you’re feeding your friends and family.
My Glowing green smoothies
This is a really wholesome, clean and green recipe and is one of my go-to smoothies for summer because the mint is so refreshing! I love using the Lucuma powder – a superfood dried at low temperatures and comes all the way from Peru! It’s great in smoothies because it’s a low GI sweetener, and is also full of antioxidants (your skin will thank you), is full of healthy carbs so will add to filling you up (the worst thing is when a smoothie leaves you hungry afterwards)
