DIY flatpack kitchen
And the kitchen is done. Thank the stars above! Just some styling, a little bit of quad and skirting… ✨✨ Get in to my highlights if you want to see more. The entire kitchen was DIY, flatpack and even the doors were raw MDF. All done and completed for $8k. Not one thing was sponsored or paid for by anyone else but me. 💪🏻 I’ll share better daylight photos soon!
A toilet worth renovating
A toilet worth renovating 👏 This is the Expella Milu Odourless Toilet. Super cool! The toilet features an in-built ventilation system that quietly extracts odours from the toilet bowl, discharging them directly into the sewer before they can be released into the bathroom. The result is an odour-free bathroom that increases comfort and wellbeing in the home, and reduces the need for harmful aerosols.
$7k bathroom reno
I’ve been renovating two houses at once over the last 18 months. One is done and is now an Airbnb. The other is almost complete. It’ll be a flip or another Airbnb, I am not sure yet. If you want to learn how I’ve done the two on a minimal budget then check out my reno ebooks (50% off at moment!). This bathroom was gutted entirely and cost about $7k. Don’t pay $20k for a small bathroom reno anymore! That’s just ludicrous!
Nothing better than a bedroom reno! Out came the carpet, freshened with new paint, new floors (vinyl planks) and new linen. If you want my reno tips and tricks get 50% off my entire ebook today only. 🎉
n this little house there’s a boarded up space that I assume had some sort of gas heater in it. And delightfully I was graced with this gas bayonet heater that never sat anywhere in particular. Stay tuned to watch more of this unfold but I’ve got a stunning new gas @cannonliving fireplace going in. Super easy with the installation (need a sparky and a gas plumber of course) but it was all done in a couple of hours.
