YES... ANOTHER YALUMBA Y SERIES! I like this one, but my sister doesn't agree. Its floral and has hints of elderflowers I think its delightful, she groans when I bring it for dinner! Please try it and feel free to take my side... I mean how often do I steer you wrong?
Same grape different style. Ones French the other Italian. Both are delicious. This T'gallant one is a pretty good one!
Not the bestest of the vest wines around, but if you're in a pinch they sell these at BWS and Coles etc... Nornally under $15. I wouldnt pay much more for this, but if you are on your way to a BYO resturant and look for something with only a limited choice this could be your go-too!
Something from a little closer to home. Red Hill estate Chardonnay. For those of you that have judge Chardonnays all too harshly... Think again. They are more often than not spectacular wines that have gotten a really bad wrap cause they were over produced and over oaked years ago! Please do yourself a favour and find and enjoy a good one!!!
You could nearly pick up 2 of these little crackers for $15! Dont let the price fool you into thinking its cheap swill... Its a good little drinker. Drink it nice and cold, outside on a hot day with a good plate of cheeses! No need to share either of them!
I know... I know another Yalumba Y series wine... But seriously there arent many of these that I don't enjoy. The Vermentino is no exception to that! A cracking little $11 wine that is magnificent with food
