Chocolate Berry Mud  Serves two   Ingredients  ½ c. frozen berries  ½ medium, ripe avocado  1 c. baby spinach  ¼ c. raw cacao powder  ½ tsp. granulated Stevia or Truvia  Pinch of vanilla powder  2 trays ice cubes   1. Mix all ingredients in a blender, preferably a high-powered one. If you’re using a regular blender or an immersion blender, add a little water.   2. Pour into bowls and serve immediately or into jars and freeze.
