This is my journey to a better version of me through movement and mindfulness. This is my motivation to achieve fitness and a greater sense of inner peace. With wild dancing in my kitchen, yoga in the peace of my sun-room and meditation in the dark of predawn as time holds it's breath with the magic of a new day. My goal, my challenge and my reward is to walk the Camino de Santagio de Compostela - all 800km of it. I need to be 15kg lighter, much fitter and centered to achieve this. Buen Camino!
