Multi-tasking is one of the most unproductive methods of getting things done. Put one hat on and play that role well be present with who or what commands your time at that particular moment and notice the shift in productivity output and headspace.

I actually love what I do so can get a bit carried away doing a bit too much of it sometimes but as business owners and parents especially it's so important to check back in and switch off on the weekend. So off you trot!
