This is the very best Hamburger Vegetable Soup I’ve ever eaten. Growing up, it was a staple recipe at our house and now it’s become one of my husband’s favorites, too. Our children also love this soup — especially when topped with shredded cheese!
I cooked up a heap of mushrooms with granulated garlic, red wine, bit of oxo cube, flora and oil. I added a small tin of capsicum. I made white sauce with 3T flora, 3T plain flour and 3/4C skim milk. Fridge (or shelf) lasagna sheets or cooked pasta. Jar of pasta sauce or whatever. Cooked and mashed pumpkin. Sprinkle low fat grated cheese. Layer sauce, pasta mushrooms etc Finish with sauce, cheese and a light sprinkle of garlic salt.
Lettuce salad with l, olives, cranberries, smoked chicken, walnuts, mandarin segments, beetroot, pecans. Dressing of tomato oil, balsamic, tube basil and minced garlic.
