Anything that calls for 8 cloves of garlic gets an A+ in my book.     Mix 3 tbsp of cilantro, 1 tsp pepper and 6 cloves of garlic (crushed) and rub on 1 lb. of bite-size pieces of uncooked chicken breast.   Bake at 500 for 15-20 minutes.  In a blender or food processor combine 1/3 cup tomato sauce with 1 tbsp of brown sugar, 1 tbsp of white vinegar, and 1/2 cup raisins (optional).   Serve chicken beside sauce for dipping.

I replaced the ground chuck with ground turkey and the beef broth with chicken broth. I also added half a can of tomato paste to help thicken the chili and to help develop the tomato flavor. It was delicious!
