Pete Evans 10 vege bolognaise: Onion, celery, carrot, parsnip, zucchini, mushroom, kale, pumpkin, broccoli, broccolini and it was flavoured with garlic, rosemary, oregano, thyme, parsley, tomatoes, salt and pepper and yes the livers were organic chicken and the bone marrow was from grass fed cows. We served it on the table with dukkah, a whole lettuce which we used as lettuce cups and nics super guacamole.
