Overnight Oats with Raspberries, Honey and Natural Yoghurt
Starting the day right! I love a good green smoothie- my favourite combo is green apple, orange, cucumber, mint, spinach and matcha powder for an extra boost of antioxidants! I tend to prefer mine a little fruitier! 🍏🍋🍐 so delicious and refreshing!
Out of all the days to make a smoothie, I decided to make one when its snowing! Logic here?? Regardless this is a pretty damn good smoothie- half a frozen banana, mix berries, almond milk, honey, oats and chia seeds! Made such a pretty colour! ✌️❄️
Holidays!! Which means more time for breakfast, coffee, Netflix and cooking!! This morning I had a beautiful little breakfast of smashed avocado with salt & pepper on rye bread topped with fresh lemon and chilli flakes! And of course a green smoothie! Trying to get back into healthy eating post Easter a few too many chocolates were consumed
Breakfast parfait!! Super simple breakfast and so delicious! Later some natural yoghurt on the bottom, top with LSA, then chia, then a dash of honey, oats, mix berries and almonds!! Definitely one of my favourites!

Shorts on, sun shining, summer fruits! Which can only mean one thing- summer is coming!!!! Not that it really matters because I'm going straight into a winter because WE ARE MOVING TO THE U.S.A!!!! so excited to be on another new adventure with my beautiful fiancé! So plenty more blogging, travelling and adventures to come!!!!!
