Thermomix beetroot dip made vegan. Omitted the parmesan cheese and yoghurt. Didn't have cashews on hand so used sunflower seeds and sesame seeds. Used kombucha instead of lemon juice and of canned beetroot 'cause I didn't have a fresh one.
Eggs in Clouds We separate the egg white and yolk in this recipe, but end up using both! Whip the whites, then add cheese chives and bacon for the "clouds" and bake until sturdy. Then, use the yolks in the well.
