A few years ago a friend had a wedding cheese cake and it was literally the highlight of her entire wedding for me (apart from seeing her exchange vows with her dashing groom of course!). Guests eyed up the table where the cheeses were stacked up on top of each other to look like a wedding cake the whole way through the speeches and as soon as dinner was over we made a beeline towards our favourite: cheddar, goat’s, creamy brie, Gloucester or Red Leicester.
