HISTORY: Photo shows St Michael's Uniting Church, designed by Joseph Reed (born in the parish of Constantine, Cornwall, England, 1823; died 1890). Reed migrated to Australia in1853 (age 30) and there designed the MelbourneTown Hall, Royal Exhibition Buildings, State Library/Museum, Rippon Lea Estate, Scotts Church and many more. He was Melbourne's most prominent architect designer.

Henry Bull & Co Building.Located at the corner of Market and York Sts,Sydney.Constructed in 1904 in the Victorian Romanesque style of rendered brick stone cladding.It was renovated in 1913 and demolished in 1973 for St Martins.The building was 53 metres high...the second tallest at that time. The photo above was in 1914 when 4 storeys were added.A♥W
