Liliya | Foodblog | Rezepte on Instagram: "Gebackene Rote Beete mit Feta Dip Das Gericht gibt es bei mir letzte Zeit richtig oft, weil ich es sooo unglaublich lecker finde😍 Probiert es unbedingt mal aus!!😍 Zutaten: 3-4 kleine oder 2 große Rote Beete 200g Feta 1-2 Esslöffel Joghurt Thymian Orange oder Zitrone Walnüsse Salz,Pfeffer Olivenöl Zubereitung: Die Rote Beete schälen, in Würfel schneiden. Auf einem Backblech verteilen, etwas Olivenöl und Salz/Pfeffer drüber geben. Bei 200 Grad ca. 20 Minuten backen, abkühlen. In einem Mixer Feta, Joghurt, Thymian, etwas Orangensaft , Salz und Pfeffer mixen. Je nach gewünschter Konsistenz mehr oder weniger Joghurt hinzufügen. Auf einem Teller den Feta Dip verteilen, die gebackene Rote Beete hinzugeben. Gehackte Nüsse, etwas Chiliflocken und
