Apple-Doodle Protein Pancakes INGREDIENTS: 1/4 c oat flour, 1/3 scoop Snickerdoodle #SelectProtein, 2 tbsp coconut flour, 1/2 tsp baking powder, 1 packet sweetener, cinnamon, 2 tbsp apple sauce, 1 egg, 1 white, 1/4 cup milk. Toppings: diced apple, cinnamon & sugar-free syrup METHOD: Mix dry, then add wet. Let sit for 5 minutes to thicken while pan heats up. Cook over medium heat until golden brown. Microwave the diced apple with cinnamon and 2 tbsp sugar-free syrup. Top pancakes. Enjoy!
