I will post @mahsa_akm’s entire workout later in the day, but this deserves its own video. On her very first time performing db single leg hip thrusts, she busts out 15 reps with a 50lb dumbbell with smooth reps and full ROM. I can’t even do this! Can any of you with this good of form? Frog pumps are done off the ground and frog thrusts are done with the shoulders elevated. @soheefit loves these and does them off an incline bench as shown in the vid.
