Take a few moments to reflect & write down answers to these questions before you start.
What if I can’t empty my mind? 🤔
This is one of the most common meditation myths brought up in my programs. Anyone who tries to empty their mind or actively stop their thoughts during meditation will quickly discover that it’s basically impossible – in fact, trying to stop your thoughts only makes them more persistent. 💥 Mindfulness meditation is really about becoming more aware of your mind, observing your thoughts and getting better at letting them go, rather than a complete emptying of the mind.
