Citrus is everywhere in the hills of Tuscany. Oranges, lemons and mandarins.
I love Macadamia Nuts. Can never make up my mind as to which is my favourite - Macadamia Nuts, Cashew Nuts or Pistachio Nuts. Generally, the one I am eating becomes my favourite, until I try another nut. Part of my coursework from the Fundamentals of Food Photography course I am doing with Plantlab Culinary Fingers crossed I am on track to finish this weekend and I then begin module number three next week - Fundamentals of Plant-Based Cooking.
So excited to be getting back into my coursework of Plantlab Culinary. My second module is Fundamentals of Plant Based Photography. I have had a lovely break but ready to get busy again! I also have a million recipes in my head that I am keen to try and some old ones I want to perfect.
Lemons from my lemon tree. Lots of honey and lemon drinks at the moment to try to beat the world's longest cold
Another beautiful breakfast - three mushrooms at Cardamom Pod.
Made it to Cardamon Pod on the weekend for brunch - I seriously think it is the most amazing food in the world. Just wish that I had of left room for dessert. Big Vegan Breakfast and Breakfast with three mushrooms. I am sure they had fancier names than that - absolutely incredible food.
Breakfast at Fundies Wholefoods Cafe. Sauteed mushrooms with salsa, spring onions, spinach and can't remember what else on sour dough. Tasted amazing!
A bowl of blueberries to start the day
Just love my frozen berries. Blackberries - like little edible jewels.
