I did it and I am so proud of myself. I am still in my walking clothes from this morning, I have not showered, the kitchen looks like a bomb has hit it and the dogs are confused why I was turning the verandah into a studio complete with heavy old timber palings and light reflectors. I have just completed my second module of Plantlab Culinary - the Fundamentals of Food Photography. I still need to be graded, but worthy of a happy dance in my old socks and daggy leggings!

My final dish for 2017 for Plantlab Culinary was a raw tart inspired by the Pissaladiere. Sundried tomato tart shell filled with caramelised onions, anchovy mushrooms, and capers served with a mango relish. Can't wait to see what 2018 brings!
