Sesame bites  Blend medjool dates, tahini, almond meal, sesame seeds. Freeze in a trey then toast some coconut and sesame seeds. Cut the mixture into bars roll in sesame seeds and coconut and serve once set.

Tumeric latte  I used fresh tumeric and ginger root and boiled them in a combination of almond and coconut milk, i also add cinnamon, manuka honey and chineese all spice.
